I’ve always had a love for animals and so, at the age of 10, my parents sent me to a horse-riding summer camp where I fell in love with horses and the sport. I have been competing in the A/AA circuit for the past 3 years. My previous experience was showing locally in the hunter and equitation classes. This experience was very valuable as it allowed me to ride a variety of ponies and horses which led me to a place where I knew I wanted to pursue riding more seriously. During the 2022-2023 season, I qualified for Zone Championships, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, Washington International Horse Show and USHJA Marshall and Sterling National Championship in both Low and Medium Junior Jumpers. I also qualified for the 2023 Pre-Juniors North American Youth Championships.
I’m currently a rising junior at The Academy at Laurel Springs, CA. I bring a strong work ethic to both my riding and academics and have successfully been able to pursue my equestrian goals while maintaining a 3.944 GPA (unweighted). I am currently enrolled in all honors courses and plan to continue a rigorous academic course load into my junior and senior years of high school.
I am very excited about having the opportunity to ride for a NCAA Division I Equestrian Team that would enable me to marry my deep dedication to riding and academic excellence. Finding a university that is not only culturally the right fit, but one that can nurture my academic goals and horsemanship is a high priority for me.
I cannot wait to commit myself to my future team!
